We stand behind all products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are no longer able to issue cash or credit card refunds.

Procedure

We will return/exchange unworn, unwashed shirts. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please mail back your order, along with instructions and your Order ID Number. Also, please include $5 (cash, check, or money order made out to Magneto Carrots, US funds only!) for reshipping. Please note: We cannot process your return/exchange without your order ID and $5 for reshipping.
